This policy explains what opus55video.si, operated by JH Tech, collects and why.
What we store

Downloaded video files are recorded in your browser and are not uploaded to us. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your sign-in session is kept in your browser's local storage.
Who processes it
Supabase hosts our database and sign-in. Render hosts our server. Pinniq, an AI API provider, receives your briefs and change requests to generate the animation and passes them to the model provider (Anthropic). Waffo processes payments as merchant of record; it collects your payment details directly and we never see your card number.
How long we keep it
Account data, briefs and videos are kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete the account. Payment records are kept by Waffo as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing support@opus55video.si from the address on your account. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell subscribers by email.
