Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of opus55video.si (“the Service”), operated by JH Tech (“we”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. Independence from Anthropic
The Service is independent. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Anthropic, PBC. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. The Service uses Claude models through a third-party API provider.
2. Accounts
You need an account to generate videos. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Credits and plans
Actions cost credits as listed on the pricing page. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. Subscription credits are reset to the plan amount at each renewal and do not roll over. Credits for a failed generation are returned automatically. We may change prices or credit costs with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Waffo, which acts as merchant of record and is the seller of record for your purchase. Waffo's terms apply to the payment itself. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel any time from your account page and keep access until the end of the paid period.
5. Refunds
If a charge was a mistake or the Service didn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it. Approved refunds are issued through Waffo to the original payment method. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
6. Your content
You keep the rights to your briefs and to the videos you make, and you may use them commercially. You confirm that you have the rights to any names, trademarks, slogans and claims you include, and that your videos won't mislead viewers or infringe anyone's rights. Generated results may be similar to results produced for other users.
7. Acceptable use and AI content rules
You may not use the Service to create, request or share any of the following:
- Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material.
- Violent or gory content: graphic violence, gore, torture, self-harm, or content that promotes, glorifies or threatens violence or terrorism.
- Hate speech: content that attacks, demeans or incites hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics.
- Content that endangers children: any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), any sexualization of minors, and any content that exploits, grooms or endangers children. We report CSAM to the relevant authorities.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: content that impersonates a real person, brand or organization you don't represent, puts words or actions in a real person's mouth without their consent, or is designed to mislead viewers about who made it or what is real.
- Copyright and trademark infringement: content that uses other people's copyrighted works, logos, trademarks or characters without permission.
You also may not use the Service for anything illegal, for harassment, fraud, spam or misleading claims, or to bypass credit limits, overload the Service or access other users' data.
8. Content moderation
Every brief and change request is processed by our AI model provider, whose safety systems refuse many requests for prohibited content. Generated videos are tied to the account that made them, and we keep briefs and generation logs so that we can review them. We review every report we receive, and we may review account activity when we suspect abuse. These measures don't catch everything, and you remain responsible for what you create.
9. Reporting content
If you see content made with the Service that breaks these rules, or you believe it infringes your rights, email support@opus55video.si with the subject “Content report”. Include a link or screenshot, the reason for the report and, for copyright or trademark claims, proof that you own the rights. We acknowledge reports within two business days and handle reports about children or imminent harm first.
10. What happens when the rules are broken
Depending on how serious the violation is, we may refuse the request, delete the content, issue a warning, suspend the account, or close it permanently without refunding unused credits. Severe violations, including anything involving children, lead to immediate termination, and we report illegal content to law enforcement. If you think we made a mistake, reply to our notice and we will review the decision.
11. The Service
AI output can be wrong or unexpected; review every video before you publish it. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that violate these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
