How long does a video take?
Usually one to three minutes for a new video or a change. You can leave the page; finished videos are saved in your account.
What if a generation fails?
Its credits are returned automatically. If a finished video shows an error while playing, you can repair it once for free.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes. You are responsible for having the rights to the names, logos and copy you put in your prompt.
Why is the download recorded in real time?
The video is drawn by your browser, so it is recorded as it plays. A 20-second video takes about 20 seconds — keep the tab open until it finishes.
